Have you ever discovered a blog that was so good, you weren't sure if you should share it or hoard it all for yourself? My new found favorite is that good, so good that I almost didn't share it with you, but in the name of holiday spirit here she is...Pugly Pixel. Her upcoming e-course on the basics of blogging and blog design is definitely something worth signing up for. She has great tips and tutorials for photo-shop, along with tons of really cool freebies, such as these.

My newest blog find! Sixty-Fifth Avenue shops thrift stores, garage sales and Craigslist for great furniture finds and makes them sexy again. There's nothing I love more than old furniture re-made into something fabulous.
Dressers are my favorite thing to redo, aren't her lines just gorgeous? Check out her hardware painting techniques here!
I absolutely love this one!
Such a great outdoor room, perfect for reading a great book while drinking lemonade.
And my favorite thing of all, her butterfly artwork made from old magazines and a paper punch, its adorable!

Blog Crush
It's been a while since I posted my latest blog crush, partly due to my computer completely tanking and erasing everything on my hard drive in the process...such fun! But we're finally back to normal here, all data fully restored, except my bookmarks which just so happened to have all my awaiting blog crushes. Lucky for me there are so many beautiful blogs to pick from, like this one...
Just in time for the sweet harvest of corn, peaches and grape jam, this website has all the need to know info to get you started.
Need canning labels? Download this cool calendar label here, and mark all the important details of the harvest.
I love their idea about a preservation party, have each guest bring a different fruit or vegetable from their garden to share, and everyone goes home with a variety of canned goods.

I've always felt like I had a great imagination but lacked the talent to turn it into art. Meet Ann Wood, who paints, dreams and creates whimsical creatures out of ordinary objects. Love it!

Meet Joy The Baker I used to love baking, lately I can't seem to drag myself into the kitchen. Aren't her creations inspiring? I can't wait to make these Lemon Cloud Tea Cookies this week, I'll let you know how they turn out.

Debbie from i COLLECT Shopping Lists
Have you ever dropped your shopping list in the grocery store? She probably picked it up, she collects and turns them into little pieces of art. This is my favorite one...so far.
